We would like to take this time to welcome all of our new families to Grow Early Learning Centre and welcome back all of our existing families for another awesome year filled with love, exciting learning adventures, and lots enjoyment and fun!
We look forward to the journey of watching your child grow and expand their love of learning, their general knowledge, their abilities to get along with others, and their interest in reaching out to the world. We also look forward to helping them develop in all aspects of learning; towards which our programs are based on, not only to build on but also strengthen children’s skills to use in everyday life now, later when they transition to “Big School” and further into adulthood.
Our educational program is designed to meet all of the above and provide an enriched and nurturing environment for children. The Rosellas (0-3 years) main focus is to ensure that the children’s feelings and emotions are understood during this emotional period so that they can bond with the educators, their peers and find enjoyment coming to the Rosella Room each day. The Rosella Room educators do this by gathering parental input about each child’s interests, and then adding these into the program so that each child can explore their own interests with their peers, allowing relationships to be created and flourish.
We have a great team of teachers and educators working closely with the 3-4 year-old Lorikeets and the 4-5 year-old Kookaburras, focusing on a variety of project learning to extend the children’s knowledge and skills. We also provide a complete School Readiness Program which provides a solid foundation for a strong and confident transition to school. However, it is important to know that children still get to be children. “Your children are in for a treat!”
We welcome family and community involvement and encourage family input, especially in relation to programming and planning for your child.
We have many fun and interactive learning experiences and awesome events, celebrations and incursions coming up within the year, and we are super-excited to be part of your child’s growth!
